Político y fascista inglés. Integró la Cámara de los Comunes (1918–31) sucesivamente como conservador, independiente y laborista. Tras una visita a Italia, fundó en 1932 la Unión fascista británica. Junto a sus seguidores, distribuyó propaganda antisemita, realizó manifestaciones hostiles en los sectores judíos del este de Londres y vistió uniformes de estilo nazi. Durante la segunda guerra mundial fue recluido (1940–43) junto a su esposa, Diana Guinness, hermana de Jessica y Nancy Mitford y amiga de
Adolf Hitler. En 1948 relanzó su Movimiento de unión, amalgama de círculos de lectura de tendencia derechista.
